This workshop covers the seven basic steps to using schematic diagrams to troubleshoot electrical problems and use digital meters to test components in HVACR equipment. Learning what right is in the first place, will lead you to recognize wrong when you see it.

 This workshop provides a practical approach to managing a service department, hiring effectively, supervising, leading, coaching and mentoring a service team. The topics of creating a culture of customer service and understanding different personalities in the workplace are also covered.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR:

Jim Johnson has both a formal education and real-world, hands-on work experience in HVACR maintenance & troubleshooting and service management. He holds multiple technician certifications in green technology, and is certified as an energy auditor. Adult education is his specialty, and he consistently receives high marks for his ability to explain and simplify concepts. He has facilitated hundreds of workshops, written four HVACR textbooks, and has written and presented more than 60 video training programs.
