Building Maintenance Technician Training
Hands-On Pumps and Motors
Workshop
This two-day hands-on workshop provides real-world training for Facility Maintenance Personnel and Specialty Maintenance Technicians in maintaining, servicing, troubleshooting, repairing and replacing motors and pumps. Participants will learn the fundamentals of motor and pump operation, and how to service them from both an electrical and mechanical perspective. Safety is emphasized throughout and integrated into each hands-on procedure.
All necessary tools, materials and test equipment needed to accomplish all troubleshooting procedures are provided during the workshop. However, participants are also welcome to bring in pump and motor assemblies, test equipment, or wiring diagrams for additional hands-on practice and evaluation of specific equipment by the instructor.
