When purchasing DVD's and other training materials, shipping within the United States is included in the price. There are additional charges for shipping to other countries. When purchasing via our PayPal system that allows you to buy on-line, the charges to your credit card will be for the DVD only. When we receive notification of your order from PayPal, we will contact you via e-mail through PayPal to arrange additional payment to cover additional shipping fees to your location.
Shipping fees vary depending on your location. For example, shipping an "Uncomplicating The Heat Pump: Electrical Systems Troubleshooting" DVD to Japan costs $37.00 USD.
