To register by mail, fax, or on-line, click on the option you prefer under the workshop title. You can register on-line, or by printing a registration form. The printed form can be faxed with Visa or MasterCard information, or mailed if you are paying either by Visa or MasterCard, or by check.

Registrations with purchase orders from public or tribal schools and colleges, city, county, state or federal agencies, or county, tribal, or federal medical facilities, may be faxed or mailed.
After we receive your registration information, your workshop confirmation containing specific location information, directions, and hotel accommodation information, can be faxed, mailed, or e-mailed to you. When registering on-line, please specify your confirmation receipt preference in your e-mail message. Fax and mail-in registration forms allow you to check your confirmation receipt preference.
